I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HSBC (London, England) in Aug 2024
Interview
Online Assessment - Job Simulation - Virtual Experience Day (Assessment Centre).
Online Assessment - not timed (but time is assessed), maths & competency/ values alignment assessment.
Job Simulation - mix of maths and written responses based on given case studies, and also requires you to record answers based on case study questions (information is given).
VED - had 1 behavioural interview, 1 motivational & competency interview, 1 technical interview (with brainteasers).
It was an on-demand video interview. The interview was easy and very fun actually, although it lacked the human element, but it was very thorough and had all the questions you would need to understand the applicant
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe one problem you faced previously that motivated you or that you solved
normal interview process, job simulation quite useful, at someplace a bit technical, the assignments took longer than expected ( at least for me) the interview preparation portal is a bit useless tho but they do check whether you've completed it ( I think)
