I think the most useful thing was knowing the companies values in and and out and weaving it into answers wherever I could and bearing them in mind particularly in thr situational judgement questions.

HR was fantastic! I had a good interview - I would advise candidates to prepare by getting the basic interview questions down, then they should be all set. Nothing caught me off guard.
