The assessment centre consisted of three different stages. Three separate interviews with a mixture of both soft and technical style questions. In additional to this, each has it own case study which they give you some time to do in front of them. Smooth process and will be done befor you know it
The process went quite smoothly, and the questions were predictable and easy to understand, which helped me answer with confidence. The interview primarily centered on behavioral and situational topics, giving me the opportunity to reference my past experiences and explain how I handle various challenges.

HR was fantastic! I had a good interview - I would advise candidates to prepare by getting the basic interview questions down, then they should be all set. Nothing caught me off guard.
