The interview process with HUB was seamless, quick and straight forward. It felt less like an interview, and more like an opportunity to connect as professionals. Although, I was originally recruited by HUB a several months back in different market and did not have much luck even getting connected to a hiring manager.

Interview
The interview process was pretty seamless and straightforward. The initial interview was virtual and was very much me providing my background and information on my experience. Next up was an in-person interview at the office where I learned more about the roles available. Informal in terms of structured questions and was more of a conversation than a formal interview. Following this, I had a secondary virtual interview with another team member who had an open role available as well.

The interview process was very professional and done in a timely manner. The interviewers all arrived on time whether on teams or in person and everyone asked all relevant questions pertaining to the job description.
