Interview
An offer to come in to learn more about the position was extended and I was interested about the specifics of the job. Such as, pay, benefits, hours, etc. I went in for an impromptu interview which was very informative and then I was asked to go home and fill out some information and take an aptitude test. after a few days, I was asked to come in for a formal interview where I was asked some more questions to determine whether or not I would be a good fit. I was accepted and given a study guide and after a few weeks I passed my exam and quit my old job to start my in house training.

Firstly it was a Phone interview & then in person.
The welcoming energy in the room that helped me put forward my goals and understand their expectations better. It was about 30-40 minutes long and the next day I got a confirmation.
