Initial interview with recruiter was fairly short with standard questions about experience. Second interview was with VP and direct report, again going over experience and expectations, but was more a conversation. Third interview with VP and interested parties to go over role and fit within company.

Connected with the hiring manager several times via phone and zoom. She was the reason I entertained the idea of leaving my prior employer. We spoke initially about my career goals and if that would be a good fit for HUB. Then we discussed potential open positions and drilled down to the best position available that I was interested in.
