The interview process was smooth, as the interview was more of a conversation rather than only questions which made me feel instantly comfortable. I was able to answer as myself without feeling pressured to come up with a formal and rehearsed answer. This allowed more of my personality to shine through, ultimately making me a good fit for the company!
