I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International (Brentwood, TN) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview process was very convenient. The interview was completed via Zoom. I spent about half an hour with two supervisors and the VP, then the manager joined half way in. Everyone introduced themselves and told me wait they did. They each took turns asking me questions, however I answered most of their questions in the tell me about you part. We ended our time together with fun questions about favorite cereal and dream trips. My time with the manager was a bit of a repeat of what I shared with the rest of the team and a lot of questions to see what type of work ethic I had and goals for the future. I basically knew before the interview ended I would hear back about the position soon. I advised if offered a position I would gladly accept and I did. For me the interview was easy however if you are not good at speaking about yourself naturally and how you have excelled in your career it may be a bit more difficult for you. Smile, be your professional self, and ask questions and show your interest as well. Remember you are interviewing them as well to see if they are the right fit for what you are looking for as well.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International (Abbotsford, BC) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was quite simple. Firstly, there was a phone interview, just asking some basic questions about myself and then a video interview.
The virtual interview was really good. There were different situational, behavioural and some fun questions too.
Overall, the interview process was great.
