I applied online. I interviewed at HUB International in Apr 2026
Interview
It was the easiest interview process I have ever experienced. There was initial screening with the recruiter followed by an interview with the team I'd be joining. The screening with the recruiter was very straightforward; we talked about my experience and needs of the company to see if I'd be a good fit. The interview with the team was great as well. A lot of times interviews can feel like a test you need to pass, but it was different with HUB. It was simply a group of people getting a feel for one another and discussing expectations. Everyone was very personable as well and took away some of my interview anxiety. I ended up getting offered the position less than 24 hours later. The whole process took about 2 weeks, and I was in constant communication with the recruiter about next steps throughout its entirety. Overall, a wonderful experience!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at HUB International (Fresno, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Once HUB received my application, the recruiting team reached out to me and we were able to get an interview scheduled as soon as the next day. Lauren interviewed me and she was amazing. I felt comfortable and (welcome) enough to be myself. She was very understanding that I would have some growing to do but was also so informative in a way that showed me HUB is clearly an organization that supports learning and growth.

It was a very thorough interview process and went very smoothly. The questions were topical and very descriptive. The interview was also mostly on the phone and also skype which was very convenient. Happy to be here at HUB International!
