Interview
There was no formalized structure. It was very conversational. I found they did not paint a picture on how the organization operates or what the role would require. The organization is huge though.
Very quick and smooth interview process. It was a Three step process (phone and two virtual interviews). The interviewers were Super friendly and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.
