Interview
The interview process was very thorough for me. I got the opportunity to speak with two HR reps and the EVP for the office I was going to be working in. They shared the roles and responsibilities of the position, and gave me the opportunity to share with them why I would be a great fit.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International (Eden Prairie, MN) in Nov 2023
Interview
There were three or four rounds of interviews, each one seemed to add a person to the meeting. All the interviews look place virtually, and they were very friendly and open-ended questions. I interviewed a while ago so I can't remember any exact questions, but I do remember feeling like they just wanted to get to know me more as a person. There was less of an emphasis on my experiences than I expected.
