It was pretty straight forward and streamlined. I had two calls and one meeting in the office before receiving my offer. The questions were standard interview questions with no real surprises,

I first met with the Recruiter, then HR, then Manager. They were all virtual meetings and pretty casual with many questions and conversations. I wasn't nervous at all with any of them.

Process consisted of three remote interviews. The initial interview was over the phone and was very conversational. Many of the questions were based around general knowledge of the insurance industry, personal experiences, and specific background/skillset. The proceeding second and third interview were live remote via Microsoft Teams. These interviews were mostly focused on expectations from HUB and the workplace culture. All in all, the interview process was smooth!
