I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International in Jul 2025
Interview
A talent recruiter set up an initial interview to evaluate if a position with HUB would be a good fit. She provided great information on the job and company expectations, and the skills that are needed with this company. Originally she reached out for a position in sales, but unfortunately because I did not have sales experience it was not a good fit. She did send my resume over to a talent recruiter in the division where I have more experience, and he took the same care to talk with me about the roles and my experience to ensure a good fit. He made it possible for me to speak with two different office managers where positions were available.
The interview process was thorough and was done with not only the company's interests in mind, but also the employees skills and needs. This ties right back to the company's mission statement of supporting and centering taking care of their people.
