Initial contact through a job fair. 20 minute screening interview with HR the following day. 1-hour generic interview with VP of HR, VP of a product line, and an engineering manager. VP of HR said they would get back to me in a week. 4 weeks later I get a call for a second interview with the VP of Engineering. Second interview gets rescheduled once. Then HR tries to reschedule it 4 hours before the meeting. I arrive on time and the HR rep is 10 minutes late, with excuses that a facility of theirs in Germany had BURNT TO THE GROUND, and that the VP has meetings that always run late. I waited another 20 minutes and heard nothing. Then I left.
