It was a really positive process. Everybody was passionate about audiobooks and a sizable amount of both interviews was spent discussing the industry and our thoughts on it. There was a first interview online and then another in person.

It was a nice, straight-forward, pleasant interview, held virtually, with a panel of two. Turnaround following my application to interview was quick - only a couple of days after the job advert deadline. Felt relaxed and comfortable with the panel. They started the process by telling me about the company and the role, and followed with scenario questions. It felt more like a conversation if anything.
