Applied online in July first week and got a reply for initial screening in less than a week from the Director. Had a phone screening with him, followed by an onsite consisting of 5 individual and panel interviews; everything coordinated by the Director himself. When asked about the nature of interviews, Director concluded that I was asking him for the questions to be asked in the interview. He didn't have any idea of the nature of any interview other than the presentation. Onsite interview consisted of one on one with the Director, followed by a presentation on projects I have worked on with the panel consisting of the Director, and 2 other Directors and a VP. This was followed by 4 behavioral and experience related interviews with different teams. I was told that I'd be update in around a week, but never got an update, even after sending repeated mails to the Director about it.
