Only went through the initial phone screening with HR. It was about 30 minutes and was a mix between situational questions and generic interview questions. If passed, then the next round would be a 45 minute virtual interview with hiring manager and then 4-5 hours of onsite interviews with the team. It’s a pretty extensive process for a position that doesn’t even pay 6 figures. Also, the title of this position is misleading. It seems like they are looking for a personal assistant rather than an “operations” assistant. All situational questions were regarding personal assistant tasks.
