Interview
This was a while ago, I answered a newspaper ad, then had a phone interview, then 2 in person interviews, and then i received the job offer, company was much smaller and informal then
The interview process was fairly drawn out and required follow-up at times to understand next steps and timing. That said, I did meet with a good cross-functional mix of people across the organization, which helped me get a stronger sense of the role, team dynamics, and expectations. Overall, the conversations were helpful and relevant to the position.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hain Celestial (Lake Success, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
Contacted through HR after submitting online application. Had a phone screen with HR followed by an interview at the corporate office with multiple people throughout the day. It was well organized, but I'm surprised the company didn't offer reimbursement for travel to the interview as they are out on Long Island.
