Interview
First i got a phone interview which they basically ask to evaluate yourself and skills, Like how well and confident do you fell preforming things like cuts, perms, color etc on a scale 1-5/10 on some. Then after she contact the manager at location i applied for and set up an in person interview. When i did that interview i brought a live model for physical part which was way easier for me cause i was nervous. I performed a cut blow-dry, perm, color, and a mens cut. After that was done i was taking in the back and asked a series of questions that all tied in to hair. Some were difficult some weren't. We roll played a few scenarios as well. After that she told me she liked me and was going to hair me. Gave me information about the company pay benefits and ask availability for schedule then said i should get an email in a week verifying everything then i was good to go.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hair Cuttery (Jacksonville, FL) in Mar 2024
Interview
Virtual interviews are the best! Dressed professionally from the waist up. Got a recap on the companies mission, vision, and values. Did a verbal assessment for the interviewer to gain an understanding of my knowledge of the industry and my knowledge of the position. It was a very warming interview as the interviewer was professionally down to earth.
