Some questions about my experience. Then a test on mens cuts, womens cuts with long layers, foiling highlights, color application, rolling a perm, blow dry styling. I submitted my application on their website. Then a lady called me and scheduled a call with a salon manager. I called the salon manager and then met with her in person. She also introduced me to another manager. They asked me questions about 20 minutes. Then scheduled a skills test where I had to bring in a man for a mens cut and a woman with long hair for a long layer cut. At the test day they also had me do about 4 others services on a mannequin.

Virtual interviews are the best! Dressed professionally from the waist up. Got a recap on the companies mission, vision, and values. Did a verbal assessment for the interviewer to gain an understanding of my knowledge of the industry and my knowledge of the position.
