The process was very fast after I received the initial email. From email to results was about three weeks. I participated in a phone call with an HR staff member, a phone interview, and an in-person interview. The interviewer was 15 minutes late to the first phone interview. However, it was very casual and helpful in learning more about the culture. When I came for the in-person interview a week later, I was very nervous. There were three parts to the interview. During the second portion, one interviewer received two calls. He proceded take the first call for a couple of minutes, and then on the second call left the room completely. During the 3rd portion, I was cut off on multiple occasions from speaking. Later a different interviewer received a call and excused himself in the middle of the interview. It was very unprofessional.
