The first interview was at school campus for around 30 mins. Was told if shortlisted, the next round would be at the facility, networking and having dinner with staff and higher ups.Mostly behavioral question were asked.

First round of all behavioral followed by a 2nd round spanning 2 days at HQ in Houston, including interviews, a presentation, and a team activity with all eligible candidates. Be prepared for the interviews to include some brain puzzles and a role play element.
