Primeramente, se contactó conmigo una de las reclutadoras vía LinkedIn y me comentó la búsqueda activa que tenían y que si me interesaba que le mande mi CV, así que eso hice. Luego, continuaron con una entrevista telefónica, luego un test de inglés online, y por último me citaron a una entrevista online con los jefes de las líneas de las cuales ofrecen los puestos, por el momento en esas entrevistas muy cálidos y amables todos. A tener en cuenta: piden muchas cosas en inglés.

Como dije anteriormente, piden muchas cosas en inglés. En la entrevista telefónica te hacen 3 preguntas en inglés para ver cómo es tu compresión auditiva y luego, pasado eso, proceden con un test de compresión de texto y auditiva nuevamente pero online, y tenes que superar una nota de siete (7) para pasar a las entrevistas.

A full day recruitment exercise, from 8 to about 7pm.
We were asked to make a 5 minute presentation each, after which questions were asked by the panel. We were then asked to do a group task, and a technical task.
Overall, it was a good experience.
