My interview process was very relaxed, even though I wore a shirt and tie to the interview. The district trainer was the primary interviewer, with a key holder being secondary.

Fairly casual and genuine. Will ask on your experience on the role you are applying to, and will request for your availability. They give you a lot of time to ask questions and answer in the most genuine and understanding way.

Very easy process. Simple structure. Job was explained well and how training would be conducted. Pretty small shop so the owner is very involved through the whole process. No complaints about the process.
