Interview
First there was a phone interview. Then there was a Skype interview, because the circumstances called for it. Next, there was an office interview with four Finance Managers in various departments, and one Finance VP.

Personal, conversational, private. We had multiple calls and video chats. I spoke about my experience and they asked me questions. I spoke with several people on the team. I had a personal HR POC for questions.

Phone interview with recruiter and then 4 interviews in person with the team onsite. Everyone was very welcoming and the tone was conversational. Typical behavioral and experience questions. Only one that threw me was what is a misconception others have about you.
