Interview
I gave a seminar first, followed by talking with people. Most people intereviewed me were very reasonable, no tricky questions. However, one person on the iternary who was a director of a department did not show up. Instead, someone else was sent, who obviously was asked to replace the director in a hurry and kind of didn't know what he's talking about.

I got contacted 1 week after I submitted my application through the company's website. First phone interview with HR and then with hiring manager. The process took 3 week total. No selected for face to face interview and they responded after I sent my second follow-up email.
