The process took about 3-4 weeks: two phone interviews and two in-person interviews. The first in-person interview consisted of a quantitative excel test, and both were around 4 hours long. I applied and was vying for the Senior Analyst position, however, when they offered me the position they let me know that were instead going to offer me the Analyst position for reasons contradicting their previous statements (this is after 3-4 weeks of being told I may be a Senior Analyst). The pay was MUCH lower than expected. Disrespectful. If you have another offer in private equity or VC, you may want to consider that alternative.
