Interview
It was an extremely long process with about 6 steps/interviews. The people I met and interviewed with were very kind and encouraging. I wouldn't say the interviews were hard but they also weren't easy. My favorite part about the interview was the last step, a case study.

Long process with around 8 to 10 rounds of interviews starting with an automated video interview, several in-person conversations, ending with an excel case study, Questions ranging from motivations to understanding of the PE industry, personal and situational questions. What do you know about the PE industry? Why do you want to work here?
I interviewed for a role at the Hong Kong office. Had two back to back face to face interviews. Prior to that I also had completed a test with essay writing and excel calculations.

Interview
2 rounds of behavioral interview and 2 rounds of technical interview (excel test only, not with a person). First round behavioral with VP/Principal level, second round with MDs. People are nice. Whole process runs pretty fast, which is a plus. The negative is that the offer expires in 3 business days, after some negotiation it's more like 1-2 days, not very respectful in my honest opinion.
