Interview
First round was your generic interview with HR. After the first round with HR, the second round was a super day with everyone on team. Each interview was 30 minutes and 1 on 1. The first guy asked all technical questions while the final three were all behavioral and cultural fit questions. The last round was a case study.
HR introduced the case study as an assessment to see how much training you will need when you start. Additionally, the HR team said they will answer any questions. HR did not answer one of my single questions or respond to any of my email.
Every HR never gave any heads up on when the interviews or case study would be. I only got one days noticed, so had to move things around pretty quickly to accommodate their lack of communication or planning. Additionally, HR has not told me if I got rejected or received an offer. From the case study, it sounded like I was getting an offer since it was an assessment to see how much training they will need to give you. Their HR team has not responded to any of my emails, so I'm assuming I did not get an offer. This was the first firm who did not answer any of my follow up questions or give the candidate the courtesy of being rejected.

Interview
Super Day was four 30 minute interviews led by Senior Associates and Vice Presidents. Three of the four interviews were largely personality based with one of the four being the technical.
The interview process was lengthy but the questions were fairly easy and straightforward. Not much technical was expected of a new grad. In total there are five rounds along with an excel skill test. The follow up from HR was not very quick.
