This interview may be the most unprofessional interview I’ve been a part of. Firstly, the interviewer was 10 minutes late. When she finally called, she was very frazzled and all over the place. First question “your resume is very impressive, why are you even applying to an entry level job”. I wasn’t aware the position was entry level. Second question “what’s your salary expectation”. After that question, there was just silence. I asked her to tell me more about the growth within the role. She said it’s flexible. Then more silence. I asked more about the company and she gave another brief statement. It felt like I was leading the interview and she didn’t even ask about any behavioral or situational questions about my experience. The whole interview lasted 8 minutes when we had schedule for a 30 minute call. This experience definitely gave me a bad taste about the company as a whole.
