Standard initial phone screen with a recruiter, which focused on my behavioral and skills background. This was followed by an onsite interview with several department managers. Overall the interview process was fairly straightforward, but the interviewers seemed slightly disinterested in conducting what appeared to be several in-person interviews on the same day.
