The interview was multiple stages. Starting from HR, all the way through multiple management teams including your direct report. Although I did not get the offer, I walked away from that interview with a lot of respect for the team and its working dynamics. Lots of great people.

Question 1
You'll be tested on standard questions to test your market acumen. The end of the interview also includes an excel test which includes two parts: part one is an applied PE exercise. Part two is more based on your actual excel knowledge for macros and keyboard shortcuts.
