I was called shcedule an interview two weeks after applying. My interview was a panel/group interview. The people conducting the interview asked me several questions about my abilities to do the work. The people conducting the interview also talked about the staff/professors and how difficult to deal with. That was the only unproffesional aspect of the interview. I was told the position was for a certain shift... they ended up calling me and asking me to fo overnights which was never discussed intially. Typically overnights are the preface of the conversation to assure noone is wasting there time entertaining a position they could never fill.
