I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Hampton Inn by Hilton (Fairhaven, MA) in Dec 2014
Interview
Interviewed with the GM and got a call that I was hired a few days later. Since I had hospitality experience it was just questions about previous roles and get to know you questions. Lots of questions about if I thought I could handle the overnight shift. Pretty simple interview, pretty much just a personality check to see how you would handle guest interactions.

Interview
I was referred by a friend to come join the Hampton team. I only had one interview and the interview was very straightforward and to the point. I knew the individual I was interviewing so I didn't need to do much. My previous experience with management in a school setting was the main reason I got the job.
