The Interview process was very straight forward. It started with a phone interview that asked the basic questions about schooling and where you are in this stage in life. After that they schedule you for an Interview with three people. The in person interview was where the problems began, immediately one of the interviewers started asking regular interview questions but after about 3 questions and 10 minutes she turned to the other two and asked if anyone else had anything else to add. At this point neither of the other two chimed in. One of which kept looking at his watch the whole time. The interviewers were very ill prepared. After the interview I sent thank you notes thanking them for their time, after some time passed and I hadn't heard back I emailed and called to find out about the position but didn't receive a response from either. It has been a few months since then so I assumed I wasn't selected but a phone call would've been nice telling me one way or the other.
