I was contacted by the recruiter via email for a phone interview in mid-May. The phone interview went well, and she scheduled a second interview for the following week. The interviewer only asked me to tell her about my work history, and then she told me more about the position. I was supposed to have an interview with two people. However, one of the people showed up during the last couple of minutes of the interview due to a family emergency. They told me that they would make a decision in a couple of weeks. I sent the interviewers a "thank you" email a few hours after the interview, but I did not receive a reply. After two weeks I sent the recruiter an email and left a voicemail. I did not hear back from her either. Since I did not receive an email nor a phone call to inform me that I was not selected for the job, I sent the recruiter another email a couple of weeks later (about one month after the interview). She apologized and told me that they were still interviewing candidates! It's been over 2 months since the second interview, and I still have not heard anything from them. It would have been nice to receive a phone call or an email stating that they chose another candidate. I did receive an offer from another company that was actually a better fit for me. :)
