Hancock Whitney Bank interview questions

I applied for the job online, and I was contacted two weeks later. The HR representative asked me a little about my resume to confirm it was my own and told me about the position I had applied for. We arranged an interview for the following week. I found out within the week I interviewed about whether I had been offered the position. The interview was very relaxed, and the interviewer was very friendly and enthusiastic about the summer internship she directs. I had a thorough resume, so there wasn't much left to ask. If yours isn't as detailed, be prepared to answer questions. The interviewer was more concerned with hiring the right kind of people to work for her ( open-minded, willing to learn, ambitious, self-driven) rather than the people who had the most knowledge, since the internship did have a two week training period. Still, know something about the internship you're applying for. Google is your friend.

Open panel interview. The hiring manager was very relaxed and friendly. We discussed my skills, job outlook, and future goals in my field. Overall the interview was not difficult, but it did help to be very knowledgeable in my field and to ask questions to help better answer their questions.
