The really enjoyed the interview process at Handshake. The team was professional, prepared, and fun and the various formats allowed me to understand the role, the needs of the team and the problems they're trying to solve, all while getting a genuine feel for the culture. Product, engineering, sales, account management and customer support participated in my interview process. This isn't the case for all positions but given the interdisciplinary role of marketing, it made sense. I had working sessions with various teams and got the opportunity to present my vision for the company, explain how I plan to build the brand and outline the way in which I'd support internal teams and make Handshake relevant to Universities, Students and Employers.
