During the hiring process I had three different interviews. The first was structured like an introductory interview where I got to know what the team was looking to hire for and my interviewers got to know what I was looking for in an internship. After that, I had two follow-up interviews with a higher-up and someone from a different team who may need my help for side projects that allowed for more creative effort. Overall, the interview process was very efficient and communication was done over Zoom, Email, and Text.
