I applied online, it took a very long period to hear back, however, I was called in for a 1:1 interview. The interviewer was great, they asked questions about my resume. It was very laxed, I was supposed to have 2 senior managers but one's flight was delayed which left for a 1:1 interview. I would've been comfortable either way.
