Interview
While the application process as a whole was rather lengthy, once I progressed to the interview phases the process move relatively quickly. The interview was standard, with three different interviewers asking questions one at a time, back-to-back. The questions were all directly related to the position (for example, research, work habits, and sociability). No stump or "got-you" questions; the interviewers seemed to genuinely be interested in the process and responses.

Interview
The first interview was a phone screening with a recruiter. Super fun conversation and chill process. But for students who want to look for jobs starting at summer, they can’t hold a position for too long if you apply on October or so.
