No proper update or coordination. Different recruiters calls on daily basis but nobody talks internally and schedule an interview. I was asked to complete aptitude test and the recruiter said I have cleared and the interview will be scheduled. I never heard from the recruiter later. Poor coordination within the recruiting team.
