I applied online and had 2 interviews. The decision was made after almost 4 to 5 months from the time of application. First interview: introductory round + handing over of an assignment Second interview: HR round + presentation of results in person Radio silence after the last round despite some attempts of communication in the months spent waiting. In the end, I got the typical automated rejection email without feedback or even personal communucation despite all (unpaid) effort put into the process: personal hours and even taking a day off my current work for the interview. Unfortunately this disrespectful handling is turning into a trend nowadays and made the entire experience very poor. Hapag Lloyd should ask themselves whether this is how they really want to attract talent.
