Some mentioned they did not like this, though if you buy into it it's a very streamlined process that saves time vs. most other processes. Overall I found everyone pleasant to talk to and it seems like an interesting place to work. I thought the interviews went well but did not receive an offer, which was surprising.

First step is an online coding assessment. 3 questions and one hour so managing time is more difficult than actually coding for the questions. Questions are pretty easy and not much of a challenge.

3 Easy to Medium questions in hackerrank timed for 60 minutes.
2) Culture and Fit Assessment:
30 mins phone call discussion based on your work experience
3) Final round:
- Pair Programming
- System Design
- Code Review (this is based on solutions submitted in online coding assessment)
- Product and QA team discussion
- Behavioral interview

60 min HackerRank coding assessment with three questions. Make sure to pay attention to the clock, as I ran out of time reaching the last question. It naturally made reading and solving the final problem harder, even though it was fairly straightforward.
