Harness Quality Engineering Lead interview questions

The interviewer India head(from a failed logistics startup)didn't have the candidate no. Called after 20mins without intimation. After briefing about myself, was asked just one non-technical question. Bulbs to be tested or not before shipping - may be he was more aware of, as from that logistics startup. Expected at least some standards considering the founder's earlier product.
