I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Harness (Bengaluru) in Sep 2020
Interview
I was called by the HR and given 3 days of gap to prepare for the interview. This was my first interview after a long time so hadn't brushed up enough.
I asked for more time but HR was quite in a hurry and it wasn't smooth talking to her.
I was rejected eventually but did not hear back from the company at all. Even after E-mailing the HR, they did not respond.
Message to the HR - The least the interviewee expects is a rejection mail and feedback. Do you really not have 10 minutes to frame a mail?
The tech interviewer was sweet and helpful.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Harness (Chennai) in Dec 2019
Interview
It went really smooth. Each interview was one on one and they were really friendly and helpful which made me feel comfortable and think better too. They helped me out with hints when I got stuck at places. There were three rounds of interviews all of which are technical. Last round was more difficult since they asked questions about yourself to determine culture fit. That was the deciding round and even people who were good enough and answered all technical questions correctly found it difficult to face the last one. All the rounds happened soon one after another with little time in between which made the whole process faster.
