Interview
It is a pretty laid back interview process and hiring manager was quite swift with the response. They are good about getting back to you right away. The people there are friendly but HCP is not the ideal location for those who want to grow.

A entrevista foi tranquila, com uma representante do RH e uma gestora de marketing. A maioria das perguntas foi em relação às tarefas de design gráfico, como por exemplo como é meu processo de criação e quantas artes faço em um dia...

I applied online. I interviewed at HarperCollins in Apr 2017
Interview
Applied online. Received a phone call a week or so later from HR that ended up being an unscheduled interview, was then contacted several days later to schedule a skype interview with the creative director of the children's department. The skype interview was very informal compared to the phone interview; we chatted a little about my resume and then the director talked about the position and showed me some books the department had done. Was told I'd hear back by the end of the week, and was contacted the next week to be told they'd gone with a different candidate.
