The interview process was different to what may be expected. Convocation for the summer internship started since early January and was sent to many Texas' universities. To complete the application one had to write a cover letter stating why we want to work with Harris County and why we are good candidates. Also a resume was required. To hear back from them took a very long time (3 weeks before the start day of the internship). No interview was required.
