Applied online. I was contacted by a pharmacy recruiter 2 days later. I had an initial informal interview with the recruiter. She then set me up with the district manager for a 1:1 in person interview. The recruiter followed up with me a week later
One on one then they had another person on zoom. First part was informal second part was the typical interview question but one question is what do you know about Harris teeter and profit sharing

Tell me a situation where you had an upset customer and how you resolved it
One on one with multiple management - recruiter at Regional office, store mgr, district mgr, and pharmacy Mgmt. All at different locations around Triangle. A couple were nice and a couple had a big chip on their shoulder
I had a phone interview first and it was a lot of situational questions and vaccine eligibility questions. Very standard interview questions about dealing with customers, difficult situations, workload balance, etc.
