The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Harvard University (Cambridge, MA) in Aug 2009
Interview
At first I got a call about the offer to be a teaching assistant, the usual questions about who you are and behavioral type quires. This was followed by a group interview with 4 other potential candidates, we were asked to read a case beforehand and come prepared to answer questions about it. It was a painless process for the most part.
Very straightforward, just talked to the professor for 30 minutes to explain some concepts, tested basic abilities to answer students' question and teach basic concepts, and also more about why you want the job, what is your passion in teaching and what is the most important element in teaching
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Harvard University

You are most likely going to be offered the opportunity to apply if you are a student of the class who did well. They might ask for your resume as well.

I received an email about the positioning opening, and reached out through a provided email address with my resume. I was asked to interview, which took place over Zoom. The interview was quick, only lasting about 20 minutes.
